You've got better things to spend money on than shipping! Like Grow Lights! So we offer free shipping on all orders above $199, all the time. (Free shipping applies to anywhere in the continuous 48 states of the USA.)
In order to keep costs low and to reduce the chances of damage during transit, most of our products are sent out via ground shipping. As a result, transit time varies considerably depending on where in the country you are located. Most orders arrive between 4 and 10 days from when the order was placed.
If your order arrives damaged:
We strive to use reputable carriers and select shipping methods that minimize the chances of damage during shipping. However, on occasion, damage to a product will occur during transit. Resolving such events quickly and with minimal inconvenience to you requires prompt reporting and cooperation from you.
If there is obvious damage when you are signing for the delivery, refuse the shipment. If you notice damage after you unpack the order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Keep all damaged parts and packaging and, if possible, take photographs of the damage. This will greatly help speed up the process of getting repairs and/or replacements.

EverythingGrow.com will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorized domestic returns (within the 30 day guarantee period) on merchandise that is defective or arrived damaged in shipping. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please follow these simple steps instructions to return a product:
Step 1: Download your RMA form here
Step 2: Fill out this RMA form. Save it and email to returns@EverythingGrow.com. We will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) once the authorization is approved. Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box.
Step 3: Pack up the product(s) to be returned. Please return all products in their original packaging.
Step 4: Arrange for shipping carrier to pick up the product. That’s it!
